Easy and Convenient Pet Food Pick Up in University Place

I’ve now used the self-wash service at Soggy Dog twice, and both experiences have been great. Grace was especially helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about helping customers and their dogs. During my most recent visit, I also witnessed Grace assist another customer whose dog had received a cut while the customer was grooming their own dog. Grace remained calm, professional, and helpful throughout the situation, which really stood out to me. I also happened to be there when Mandy W. walked in while I was washing and drying my dog. From the initial interaction, I observed Mandy being rude toward Grace. Despite that, Grace remained professional, calm, and respectful while interacting with Mandy and her daughter. Based on what I personally witnessed, I would encourage people to consider the circumstances surrounding that review before forming an opinion about Grace or Soggy Dog. My experiences with Grace and this establishment have been nothing but positive, and I would absolutely use Soggy Dog’s self-wash service again.

Great place, my dog is older and I'm always nervous as to how she's going to handle things but with help we got her up into the tub. They supply doggy wash and conditioner towels, air blow dryer, grooming, treats and more! Definitely recommend this place is very neat and clean..I will be going back with all my doggie!

This is by far my favorite self-wash dog place! It's always clean, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they have one of the best vacuums I've used—it actually gets all the loose fur off my husky. Everything is well maintained, and it's clear they take pride in keeping the place clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to wash their pup!

We take our dog Scrappy to get his nails trimmed and then grinded down to smooth then out and we are very satisfied!!
