I rescued a large dog 3 weeks ago and it was hard to try to bathe at home, plus so messy! We tried The Soggy Doggy today and had the best customer service from Emma. She greeted us at the desk, explained the process then showed us all the shampoos and conditioners that are all included in the self washing stations She got us all started and she stayed so positive while my huge dog barked and howled most of the time. The blow dryer was such a good idea! She reminded me that it’s all about the dogs and she helped ease my mind while I was embarrassed by my dogs sounds. It was totally worth the money and I will be taking him back every month!
