Some dogs require very little nail maintenance because running on concrete or high activity levels wears down their nails naturally. Additionally, long nails can get caught on something and become partially torn off or split which is very painful for your dog.

Some of our customers prefer the sharp edges of the nails be ground down after nail trimming. This is particularly useful if your dog jumps up on you or you have thin skin that is easily cut. Also, our customers with hardwood flooring find this service to be very appealing.
