Less Stress - We want your pet's experience to be as relaxing as possible. That is why we give our Brush & Bath customers individual attention. Most grooming facilities will have you drop off your pet all day with 30 other dogs. The barking, the strange environment and waiting in kennels lead to a lot of anxiety for your pet. At the Soggy Doggy we believe bathing your dog should be more enjoyable.
Pets are washed at their appointment time and returned as soon as we finish, which is typically about one to two hours.
Full-Service Bath - Each Brush and Bath service comes with many features to ensure your pet is clean and smelling great! Our shampoos are professional grade, high-quality shampoos that will make your pets coat shiny and soft. After discussing your pet's current skin and coat conditions we will choose between 10 different shampoos and conditioners to create a custom bathing plan. We will also brush your pet for 15 minutes, clean the ears, express anal glands (by request), shave the feet, provide a sanitary cut and conduct minor trimming if necessary.
Convenient Booking - Use our online booking feature to set an appointment (located in the box to the right entitled Schedule an Appointment). It is quick and easy whether using your computer, tablet or phone. For full-service bathing choose the Brush & Bath service when setting an appointment.
Customizable Options - Upon checking in our professional staff will inspect your pet and discuss your needs. We have many features that can be added to a Brush and Bath service to enhance your experience. Our Deshedding Treatment can reduce shedding by up to 90%. If your pet has skin conditions such as yeast, bacterial or fungal issues we have options that can help eliminate the problem. We also can brush your pet's teeth or give him/her a doggy facial and much more.

Our experienced groomers provide personalized start-to-finish service to get your dog clean, brushed, trimmed and dry. Grooming rates depend on the dog's breed, size, condition, coat density and type of hair, temperament, and the type of cut you'd like.

Nail Trimming/Grinding
Some dogs require very little nail maintenance because running on concrete or high activity levels wears down their nails naturally. However, most dogs require regular nail trims because they live indoors or are more sedentary in nature. Maintaining proper nail length is an important part of caring for your pet. When nails grow too long it can make it painful for dogs to walk. Additionally, long nails can make it difficult to get traction on hard surfaces such as laminate or hardwood floors which results in slipping, falling and scratches on your floor. In more extreme cases, some dog's nails will curl under and actually start growing into the footpads. This leads to painful sores and infections. Additionally, long nails can get caught on something and become partially torn off or split which is very painful for your dog.
At The Soggy Doggy, we want trimming your dogs nails to be as comfortable as possible for your pet. That is why we involve the pet parent in the process. Having you there to help hold the dog makes the experience more familiar. ?Your dog's safety is of the utmost concern while we trim dog nails. Our employees are trained to read the dog nail so that we do not hurt your dog. No appointment is necessary to have your dog or cats nails trimmed. Just stop by any one of our locations and one of our friendly staff members will take the worry out of nail trimming.

Some of our customers prefer the sharp edges of the nails be ground down after nail trimming. This is particularly useful if your dog jumps up on you or you have thin skin that is easily cut. Also, our customers with hardwood flooring find this service to be very appealing.

Anal Gland Expression
In most cases, dogs naturally express their glands when needed. However, some dogs require a little bit of help. If you notice a fishy smell coming from your dog then you may want to consider having the glands expressed. Also, if you see your dog dragging its bottom on the carpet that is also a sign that the anal glands may be clogged.
The Soggy Doggy staff is trained to express anal glands externally and at a cost far less than your local veterinarian. No bath or appointment is necessary.

Pad/Paw Trim
Does your dog’s feet look more like Grinch feet than dog feet? Is there so much fur growing between the pads that your dog can’t get a grip on your flooring?
If so, a Pad/Paw Trim is in order. Come on in and one of our friendly staff members will get those feet looking spiffy. Please let us know if you would like to have the Pad/Paw Trim before your dog gets into a tub. We like to shave the feet while the fur is dry.
